Retail Purchases Return Policy:

We want you to love every item you purchase from Alexander Events! If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is simple:

Returns & Exchanges:

• You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, custom/personalized products, gift cards, and opened items are final sale.

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
