Travel Fees

• First 30 miles from Jasper, AL – Included

• Additional Travel – $1 per mile (round trip)

• Extended Setup or Venue Access Time – Additional $50/hour outside of scheduled rental

Booking Notes

Deposit – $250 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date

Final Payment – Due 7 days before your event

Preferred Payment Methods – Credit/debit cards, Venmo Business, Zelle, or invoice

Setup Time – We arrive 1–1.5 hours before your rental time to set up

Venue Requirements – Access to power outlet within 10 feet and a level indoor or covered outdoor space

Customization: Bespoke overlays, premium backdrops, and specialty props available upon request
